Using similar Cosmos components, the use case of the dashboards can be completely different to standard desktop based reviewers – and deployment on big-screens in shared areas can be a great way to communicate the performance of the organisation to a wide range of stakeholders. In this example we see how cross-channel conversion rates are trending and highlight contributing factors in a single view. It is important to design the dashboards with the use-case in mind – in this case, tooltips, click-throughs and exports are not important but the clarity and readability are the order of the day.
